Perfect Holiday Drink Scent for Winter

I was pleasantly surprised to see Kringle come out with a Fireside Chai scent this holiday launch. If you study the label, this is exactly what the scent evokes. While burning, you truly can envision sitting by the fire at Christmas or even in the winter, sipping a hot cider while there are snowflakes falling outside at night. This is definitely more of a cider-type scent versus a chai, but that doesn’t change the overall concept of the fragrance. What you smell is a woody, slightly smoky hot apple cider when the candle is lit. I didn’t detect the amber note but it’s likely there to help balance everything out so that all the scent notes come together to blend nicely into a cozy cider fragrance that you would definitely want to burn while snuggled up in the house this winter. I would not say that this is a spicy fragrance though the spices are present to help give the cider an authentic scent. This is not a strong boozy candle either, so the bourbon does not overpower the other notes listed. The throw was decent for a daylight and allowed me to experience enough of the fragrance to know that I would like to purchase this is in a large jar.
